    It's no secret that LA is a weight-obsessed city. That's why it's so suprising to see a doughnut shop on practically every corner. LA has something like 1 doughnut shop for every 6000 residents.

    Stan's has been making carb-counters feel guilty since 1965-

    If you haven't tried a deep fried /peanutbutter-filled donut from Stan's , then you haven't experienced one of the true delights of living in West LA.
